A Family Legacy Of Flavor And Passion Since 1995

A Vision Comes To Life

A Vision Comes To Life

Orienta first opened in 1995, inspired by Antoine Blech’s experience at two iconic New York restaurants. With a dream of blending cozy bistro charm and French-Vietnamese cuisine, he created a space that quickly earned rave reviews. After 25 years and much anticipation, the perfect moment arrived for its return. Reborn next to Le Penguin, Orienta began its next chapter.

Executive Chef Adrien Blech brings over 13 years of world-class experience to the kitchen. Together, tradition and innovation create a truly distinctive dining experience.

Today, Orienta is proudly family-owned and operated. Founder Antoine Blech’s son, Adrien Blech, serves as Executive Chef, bringing over 18 years of experience from world-renowned restaurants such as Le Bernardin, Soho House LA, Le Royal Monceau, Guy Savoy, Le Penguin, and Le Fat Poodle. His wife, Kate, is the maitre d’, while Antoine’s wife, Suzanne, is Director of Operations. Antoine leads as the orchestra conductor or, as Suzanne says, “the cherry on top.”
